Welcome to the support center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required. It may take a few days to respond to your request, especially if it is submitted on a weekend.

NOTE: The support system is not sending out emails to us if you add a message to an already pending ticket. This means we are not ignoring you, we were not notified of your additional message. For this reason we "close" tickets when answered. That does not mean any discussion is ended. It is done to ensure when you respond an email to us is triggered so we know you have submitted a new message.
